Birthday Boy, Will at age 15.

Today is my eldest child's birthday. I will drive over there this afternoon for a dinner party. He and his family are vacationing at Lake St. Catherine in Poultney, VT. This morning I hung out with my teen grandsons to watch Lance Armstrong ride the 15th Stage of the Tour de France. I was so inspired I went out and rode the 7th Stage of the Tour de Florence. It was (is) terribly hot and muggy. I was dragging my butt when I returned to Bearfoot. I sat for a half hour with a cold pack on my neck. Now it is time to put some drinking water in Bearfoot's tank.

Grandson Joe's green beans are almost ready to pick and the corn is growing so fast, I swear I can hear it grow. We had a nice dinner party last night for Grandson Will's 15th birthday with ribs on the grill and a Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Cake. This morning I was awakened by a little knocking on the door. Bashey went berserk with barking. There was my little granddaughter, Gracie in her pj's. She goes to bed early so -- well you know. I have been burning the candle into the night finishing up 1776, McCullough's book on George Washington. Now I have started Mr.Darcy's Daughters. Written in the age of Jane Austen, it is very entertaining. I had read the previous book, Mr. Darcy Takes a Wife. That was hysterically funny. A witty and sexy read.

Set up my table in the house here so I could do sessions on family members. It feels good to assist those I love in their lives. Energy work done on just one family member helps everyone in the household.

Sebastian is a bit depressed since he has to be confined on a leash and a rather short one at that due to the terrible mosquitos. I know he will rejoice when he is in open safe spaces with no bugs.
